SANTA FE, Tenn. – The fourth annual Keg County Poker Run takes motorcyclists along 89.5 miles of backroads in three Tennessee counties May 6 with registration at 10 a.m. and the ride beginning 11 a.m. at Centerville RiverPark, where Grinders Switch Hour will be broadcast.
The run offers prizes to the best poker hand riders can assemble from cards available at six stops, plus music and door prizes. Prizes include $750 for the best poker hand of the day; $200 for the worst hand; $200 for the second-best hand and $200 for the rider who traveled farthest to get here.
The route stops first at Potts Grocery in Santa Fe, then Ken Huff's Grocery in the Burwood Community, the Davis General Merchandise Store in Williamson County and three Hickman County stops: Country Quik Stop on Highway 100 in Bon Aqua and the Storyteller's Museum on Old Highway 46, both in Bon Aqua, and finally, Owens Corner Mart in Centerville before heading back to RiverPark.
The entry fee is $25 per bike, which includes a poker hand and $5 for an extra hand.
Participants may register beginning May 2 with the Chamber at 931-729-5300. A rain date has been set for May 13.
