Author Steve Bergsman Added to Exit 56 Blues Fest Line Up

BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. – The Exit 56 Blues Fest has added R&B trilogy author Steve Bergsman to the line-up 5 p.m. May 27. Bergsman will speak and sign copies of his books.

The Exit 56 Blues Fest features live music from an eclectic gathering of blues men and women, arts and crafts, car and motorcycle cruise in, Corvette car show, and the famous deep-fried barbecue eating competition.

Admission is free.

About Steve Bergsman

Veteran journalist and travel writer, Steve Bergsman is also the author 10 books including The R&B Set: The Death of Johnny Ace, The Seduction of Mary Wells and The Friends of Billy Preston. Although he has a history writing about business and real estate, his passion has always been about the history of rock 'n' roll. His taped interviews with Mary Wells were used in Peter Benjaminson's book, Mary Wells: Motown's First Superstar, and in TV Ones Unsung Documentary. Bergsman is originally from Levittown, New York and now resides in Mesa, Arizona.
