Grand Opening Celebration of Abridged Beer Co. in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Knoxville’s newest brewpub, Abridged Beer Company has their grand opening celebration Sept. 9.

The Tennessee vs. Indiana State football game will be broadcasted at 4 p.m.

Live Americana music following the game will be provided by Pale Root.

Abridged Beer Company will release two special beers for the occasion: a Boysenberry Gose and a Breakfast Stout with coffee, vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate. In addition, 10 of their beers will be on tap along with a full menu of delicious, southern-inspired pub fare will be coming out of the kitchen all day.

Abridged Beer Company is an independently-owned-and-operated brewpub with a production brewery and a full commercial kitchen on site. They offer beer brewed and sold on-site and growlers to go. They have begun limited distribution to downtown Knoxville. Dining is fast casual as food orders are placed at the bar then brought to tables by staff.
