MEMPHIS, Tenn. – This Thanksgiving, gather the loved ones and savor a gourmet, Family-Style Thanksgiving Dinner served 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 22 at The Guest House at Graceland’s Delta’s Kitchen.
Guests can let the culinary team at Delta’s Kitchen take care of the marshmallows on the sweet potatoes to the slow roasted turkey, allowing everyone to enjoy each other’s company and no dishes to wash.
The Family-Style Thanksgiving menu starts with a selection of two salads: Spiced Apple Salad, featuring Frisee and Radicchio Lettuce, Candied Walnuts, Rum Spiced Apples, Cambozola Blue Cheese, topped with Apple Cider Vinaigrette; and a Beet Salad, with Hand-Snipped Arcadian Mixed Greens, Goat Lady Smoked Goat Cheese, Toasted Pine Nuts, Heirloom Tomatoes, topped with Maple Balsamic Dressing.
The special holiday menu includes two choices of entrées: Herb Garlic Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream, Charcoal Mushroom and Rosemary Demi-Glace and the traditional Slow Roasted Turkey Breast with Orange Cranberry Sauce and Pan Roasted Gravy. Guests may choose three side items from the menu that includes Butter Whipped Potatoes, Classical Stuffing, Baby Glazed Carrots, Sugar Glazed Brussel Sprouts, Asparagus, Candied Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallow Brulee, Southern Collard Greens or Mac and Cheese.
No Southern Thanksgiving Dinner would be complete without Banana Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Candied Pecans and Salted Carmel Bourbon Sauce, a slice of Bourbon Pecan Pie, Sweet Potato Cinnamon Cheesecake with Chantilly Cream and Fresh Berries or Spiced Apple Cobbler with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Desserts carry an additional cost.
