NASHVILLE, TN – Jan. 28, 2019 – Chaatable, the Indian street food concept from chef Maneet Chauhan and partner Vivek Deora, along with Morph Hospitality Group, now offers an authentic brunch experience 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
Chaatable’s brunch service features a mix of sweet and savory shareable options. The vegan and gluten free-friendly menu features a few familiar dishes mixed in with new breakfast-inspired offerings, including Avoca-Dough, avocado toast masala; Goan Be Eggcellent, potato-wrapped eggs; Grate Wall of India, French toast layered with grated carrot halva and garam masala caramel; and Always Being Eggstra, scrambled egg bhurji. A full drink menu is available, featuring bright and refreshing cocktails like Bloody Marysala, an Indian take on the popular brunch beverage, Karma Coffee featuring cacao and coffee liqueur and Sangria That Singhs with red wine, cardamom, brandy and orange.
Chaatable will also roll out lunch service on Wednesday, Feb. 6 featuring dishes like Hand it Over, spiced potato hand pie samosas; and the Build-a-Bhel, a puffed rice snack mix, from the dinner menu, as well as new items, including Butter Burger, a Porter Road beef burger with makhani sauce; Desi BLT with bacon, cucumbers, bhujia and lemon mint chutney; and Kerala Pepper Beef Tacos, featuring curry leaves, red chili, coconut and paratha. The lunch menu will be available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays, except for Tuesday, until Feb. 15, when Chaatable will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, in addition to weekend brunch.
