NASHVILLE, Tenn. – As cooler weather rolls in, City Winery Nashville is rolling out new menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and classic cold weather comfort food. Guests can try the new dishes—developed in part by City Winery Executive Chef Donald Counts—in the restaurant, as well as in the music and event venue.
The new dinner menu, which is comprised of small plates, salads, flatbreads and large plates, features several shareable options, including Deviled Eggs topped with hollandaise sauce, fried capers and tobiko roe; Smashed Beet and Tahini Dip served with Lavash; Burrata complete with marinated tomatoes, toasted ciabatta and basil; Pumpkin and Goat Cheese Risotto Balls, as well as a selection of seasonal cheeses and charcuterie boards.
Among the larger plates, guests can enjoy dishes such as the Seasonal Farro “Risotto” made with butternut squash, black kale, pumpkin seeds and parmesan; a Grilled Skirt Steak with romesco sauce, sautéed kale and hazelnuts; Ricotta Raviolo made with tomato, broccolini, smoked mozzarella and toasted breadcrumbs; and Pork Chop Milanese served with roasted apples, beet greens and raisin mostarda.
For dessert, diners can indulge in an Olive Oil Cake made with pistachio gelato and blood orange marmalade; Chocolate Mousse made with milk chocolate and matcha crumble; or a Meyer Lemon Bar made with butter crumb and lemon curd.
In addition to new dinner options, City Winery has also released a brand-new brunch menu available 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays that includes Baked Egg Shakshuka served with Moroccan tomato sauce and chickpeas; a Prosciutto and Mozzarella Omelet; a Steak and Egg Sandwich with romesco sauce, avocado and cheddar cheese; and Brioche French Toast served with mascarpone and fresh berries.
