Jungle Room with Sparkle City Disco
Welcome to the Jungle Room! Henley is partnering with Nashville’s very own Sparkle City Disco to transform the modern American brasserie into a tropical lounge 9 p.m. Saturday, March 2. Guests will enjoy tiki cocktails crafted by bar lead Benjamin Rouse and a la carte small bites from chef Daniel Gorman as they listen and dance to beachside spins from the city’s hottest collaboration of DJs and watch classic coastal movies play on the big screen. Entry to Jungle Room with Sparkle City Disco is free, but reservations are highly recommended and can be made here.
Brunch & Bouquets with Amelia’s Flower Truck
What better way to end the weekend than receiving a complimentary bouquet of beautiful blooms from Amelia’s Flower Truck following brunch? Every other Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. beginning March 10, Guests who join Henley for brunch prepared by chef Daniel Gorman 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every other Sunday beginning March 10 will have the opportunity to stop by the vintage mobile flower truck for a fresh bouquet of flowers following their meal, compliments of the restaurant and, while supplies last. Go Get Some Fresh Fare
As the weather transitions, so does Henley’s menu with new cocktails and dishes, utilizing the season’s freshest ingredients 5-10 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 5-9 p.m. Sunday. Menu highlights include Diver Scallops with fennel and smoky Treviso, delicately balanced by the citrus undertones of grapefruit; Chicken + Dumplings with juicy smoked chicken, Parisian gnocchi, English peas and crispy chicken skin; alongside innovative takes on classic cocktails including South for the Winter featuring sweet Plantation Pineapple Rum with Palo Cortado sherry and Trader Vic's, balanced with macadamia nut liqueur, allspice, lemon and simple syrup; and Meredith’s Lantern with Basil Hayden Bourbon, China China, hints of caramel from Averna and pungent Peychaud's Bitters.
