NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Fresh off the opening of the first Stay Golden Restaurant & Roastery, the Golden Rule Hospitality team has announced an East Nashville location coming November 2018.
The community-minded concept’s second location, Stay Golden will offer coffee, cocktails and a full menu of seasonally-driven options at the all-day restaurant. Located at 901 Woodland Street in East Nashville, the 2,500-square-foot space will feature a walk-up coffee counter with grab-and-go food and beverage options, a full-service 100-seat dining room with private event capabilities and a large outdoor patio.
Stay Golden will offer an all-day kids’ menu and Golden Hour, Stay Golden’s signature happy hour featuring rotating food and drink specials offered 4-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Sous Chef Alex Mills will helm the kitchen at Stay Golden under the guidance of Executive Chef Simoni Kigweba. Mills, who was previously sous chef at Germantown staple 5th & Taylor, will oversee the seasonally-driven menu. Coffee drinks and cocktails will be under the expert direction of Beverage Director Nathanael Mehrens, utilizing coffee roasted at the brand’s flagship roastery at the original Sidco Drive location.
Day-to-day operations of Stay Golden will be led by General Manager Robbie Melton under the supervision of Jamie Cunningham, Director of Hospitality.
