NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Stay Golden Restaurant & Roastery have opened the doors to its second location in East Nashville, just four months after opening their first location in the Berry Hill/100 Oaks neighborhood.
Unique from the flagship location, the East Nashville spot is simply called Stay Golden, but still offers a full-service restaurant menu, cocktails and fresh coffee roasted onsite at the Berry Hill location. The new location also features an expansive outdoor patio and customizable private event space.
Led by Executive Chef Simoni Kigweba, Stay Golden’s East Nashville location features a new seasonally-inspired menu that offers fresh new additions to breakfast and lunch, while still serving established favorites. Highlights include the Sausage Sandwich with mayo, egg and tapenade on a potato bun and the Hot Chicken Salad Sandwich, a unique twist on a Nashville staple.
Overseeing coffee beverages and cocktails, Beverage Director Nathanael Mehrens is shaking up the drink menu at both locations. New classic cocktails include the South For The Winter made with rum, mezcal, Punt e Mes and Cinque Apertivo and the Gløgg with mulled wine, Linie Aquavit, ginger and holiday spices. For a livened-up libation, the signature coffee cocktails such as the Hot Buttered Casca-Rum made with rum, Averna, cascara and nutmeg butter are perfect for boozy brunch sipping.
