NASHVILLE, TN – March 14, 2019 – Tickets are now on sale for the Nashville Health & Wellness Fest—Music City’s new health, fitness and wellness event taking play June 1 at the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door, with free admission for children ages 12 and under.
Developed by the Nashville Health & Wellness Magazine, the event will open with a high-octane demo by Erin Oprea, fitness trainer for Carrie Underwood and author of “The 4x4 Diet,” plus other industry speakers, interactive workshops, authors and more than 200 exhibitors.
Main stage events and workshops will include a variety of fun wellness topics, such as a Puppy Pilates session by the Nashville Humane Association and a country music performance by Kylie Morgan.
Other workshops will be led by Thistle Farms Founder Becca Stevens; Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor Paris Goodyear-Brown; Chef Charity Morgan; Yoga Instructor Lauren Zoeller; Motivational Speaker Cortney Edmondson; the Alzheimer’s Association; the Heimerdinger Foundation; Harmonized Brain Centers and more. Workshops are free to the first 50 registrants and then will be available for $10 each.
In addition, local authors will be present for book signings, including Laura Lea, Pete Dunlap, Gigi Butler and more.
The event will cover all areas of alternative, holistic, functional and traditional treatments and therapies, spas, fitness studios and wellness centers.
