NASHVILLE, Tenn. – HOWLoween Yappy Hour is a free, pet-friendly event taking place 4-6 p.m. Oct. 18 at the Union Station Hotel.
The event will feature specials from on-site bar and restaurant Carter’s, a photobooth from Nashville Smile Bar, doggie trick-or-treats from Baxter Bailey & Company, live music from Riffs on the Rails performer Carrie Welling and a canine costume contest with special prizes.
To deliver equal amounts of fun and heart, Union Station Hotel is teaming up with Crossroads Campus, a local nonprofit with a passion for saving abandoned animals and for providing job-training and healing for “at risk” teens and young adults. Carter’s will be donating $1 from every happy hour drink purchased during the event to benefit Crossroads Campus’ pet adoption program. Additionally, Crossroad Campus will be on-site selling fall-themed, doggy merchandise.
HOWLoween Yappy Hour will take place on the property’s outdoor veranda, weather permitting. Union Station Hotel asks that all dogs in attendance are spayed or neutered, properly leashed and up to date on shots.
Union Station Hotel will offer discounted valet parking for $10 during the event. Valet parking is limited availability, and self-parking is also available behind the hotel on the south side of the property.
