Feb. 26, 2021 - Union City, Tenn. – Discovery Park of America is having a free virtual “lunch and learn” event on Mon., March 8, 2021, to celebrate International Women’s Day. The panel discussion will be from 12 to 1 p.m. and will focus on the importance of young female executives in the work place having a more experienced mentor to help guide them through their career.
The topic of this panel discussion is “Women Building Up Women.” Young female executives who are navigating their way through the work place, whether in large metropolitan areas or small, rural communities, benefit from having strong, female mentors to help guide them once they land a job. This topic of discussion is a way to inspire young, working women to seek out a mentor within their field of expertise and encourage women with more experience to mentor younger executives.
