April 13, 2021 - NASHVILLE, Tenn - Sixty Vines is bringing its unique take on Wine Country cuisine to Assembly Food Hall at Fifth + Broadway this May. With a come-as-you-are environment and fresh, relaxed atmosphere, the contemporary restaurant invites its guests to explore wine country from their Nashville rooftop. Locals and visitors can sustainably sip wines by the flight, glass or reusable bottle while enjoying legendary views of Broadway and the Ryman Auditorium.
Sixty Vines is uniquely known for its wine-on-tap program, serving more than 60 wines in kegs. Each keg contains about 26 bottles of wine and will be reused to hold around 1,500 bottles in its life. The process not only ensures optimal taste by providing a longer shelf life and proper temperature but dramatically reduces the carbon footprint and impacts sustainability. Sixty Vines estimates it will save more than 50,000 bottles and corks from landfills in its first year of operation in Nashville.
“Bringing Sixty Vines to Nashville is incredibly exciting,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “It’s a city full of adventure and discovery. We’re confident we’ll offer something truly unique for both locals and visitors by bringing wine country to Broadway.”
The restaurant is full service and encourages “enjoying abundance” through family-style dining including pizzas, pastas, seasonal proteins, cheese boards and more. Guests can expect the freshest ingredients, many sourced locally, seasonal menu items and farm-to-table offerings that pair beautifully with wine. The bar program includes a thoughtfully curated list of wines on tap and by the bottle. By building personal relationships with many of the most revered winemakers in the world, Sixty Vines offers many exclusive wines in kegs – allowing every guest to get “as close as you can get to drinking straight from the barrel.” Cocktails and local beer on tap will also be included on the menu.
“We believe the inclusion of Sixty-Vines’ full-service dining concept is an important addition to Assembly Food Hall,” said Joseph A. Magliarditi, President & CEO of The Food Hall Co. “We have created a fully comprehensive dining and entertainment destination in downtown Nashville that further differentiates our concept from other food halls. This achieves our broader goal of being a community hub in first class mixed-use projects like Fifth + Broadway.”
Located on the third floor above Assembly Food Hall, Sixty Vines will cover over 16,000 sq. ft. and provide private dining, a greenhouse patio, full bar and rooftop views overlooking the Ryman Auditorium. The full-service restaurant adds to the wide array of dining and entertainment offerings at Assembly Food Hall. The Hall opened its doors at Fifth + Broadway for Phase 1 in March and opens the full venue later in May, a massive multilevel destination with more than two dozen eateries and bars and multiple music stages.
