GALLATIN, Tenn. – The 9th annual Bold Enough Challenge Rodeo, an IPRA-sanctioned event, offers non-stop action 7:30-10 p.m. July 14-15 at Triple Creek Park in Gallatin.
“We anticipate up to 3,000 attendees this year. In recent years, we’ve had to double our seating and expand our selection of vendors to accommodate the crowd,” said Chris Poarch, Sumner County Anti-Drug Coalition. “We’ve created an event that locals love and out-of-towners will drive hours to come see.”
The rodeo features multiple contests from trick riding to barrel racing and other fun for the entire family including a mechanical bull, pony rides, and a variety of food vendors. Gates open 6 p.m. each night.
Advance tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-12. Kids under the age of 6 are welcome to attend for free. The coalition reminds patrons that tickets may be used only one night and that all sales are final, rain or shine.
The Bold Enough Challenge Rodeo began in 2009 and remains the coalition’s premier annual fundraiser to support its mission of eliminating substance abuse and building a thriving, drug-free community.
