The Recording Academy's MUSICARES Announces "An Evening of Acoustic Country Music Benefiting Music People in Need" At AJ's Good Time Bar

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – MUSICARES® has announced "An Evening of Acoustic Country Music Benefiting Music People in Need," an event supporting The Recording Academy's foundation 6 p.m. April 24 at AJ's Good Time Bar. The event is 21+.

Acoustic performances by Lee Ann Womack, Randy Rogers Band, and Jackie Lee will take place on the third floor of AJ's Good Time Bar, and fans will be able to view the performances free of charge via live stream on the second floor, which is home to 11 televisions. A silent auction benefitting MUSICARES® will also be held throughout the evening and all proceeds from ticket sales, plus 10% of all bar receipts, will benefit the organization.

Tickets for the event can be purchased for $250 each, and VIP tickets can be purchased for $500 each. Capacity is limited.

About AJ's Good Time Bar:

Recently named the No. 1 honky-tonk in Nashville by Billboard and located at 421 Broadway in the heart of downtown Nashville, AJ's Good Time Bar is owned by Country Music Hall of Fame member Alan Jackson. As sole owner and visionary behind the venue, Jackson is known to make appearances at AJ's during the week and when not on the road. He's also a majority owner in ACME Feed & Seed, located just blocks away at 1st Avenue and Broadway.
