CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The 5th annual Chattanooga Street Food Festival 2017 takes place May 28 at the Chattanooga Market on Carter Street. Sample some of the area's best food trucks—all in one place.
Carter Street will become food truck grid-locked, showcasing a wide assortment of foods. Patrons will find barbecue, tacos, hamburgers, pizza, and grilled cheese sandwiches along with a wide selection of kale salads, local dairy coffee milk, vegetarian tacos, empanadas and other farm-to-table inspirations.
Attendees can start with a snack, enjoy a meal and end with ice cream or other dessert treats while enjoying live music by the Stratoblasters 12:30-3 p.m.
Festival admission is free and progressive sampling is encouraged.
Fresh farm produce continues to roll into season. Market patrons will find strawberries, peaches, hydroponic lettuces, herbs, garden flowers & plants and plenty of artisan prepared foods. Each Sunday now until summer's end will offer more in-season produce.
