NASHVILLE, Tenn. – There’s no such thing as a dry turkey or boring cranberry sauce when a James Beard Award-winning chef prepares a Thanksgiving meal. The Midtown Nashville brasserie is now accepting orders for its first “Turkey Call,” pre-ordered Thanksgiving favorites prepared by chef, RJ Cooper.
Featuring holiday classics with an elegant twist, the four-person meal includes a turkey, four sides and a holiday pie all for $200. Curbside pick-up times will be scheduled in advance, allowing customers to indulge in to go cups of hot cider as the Henley team loads their car.
The holiday meal will feature a roasted Heritage Turkey, accompanied by green bean casserole, oyster-sausage-cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, a dozen sweet potato rolls and a traditional pumpkin or pecan pie.
Orders must be placed by Nov. 21 and can be placed by emailing Henley at info@henleynashville.com.
