Franklin-based hospitality group announces second location’s grand opening in Nashville’s Midtown
FRANKLIN, Tenn. (Oct. 18, 2022) – Scout’s Pub, a Southern gastropub from Franklin-based hospitality group A. Marshall Hospitality (AMH), will welcome guests into its new Midtown location beginning Wednesday, Sept. 28. The 150-seat restaurant and bar, located at 101 17th Ave S., will mimic Franklin’s Westhaven location with a unique Nashville flair.
“We are excited to open our Nashville location this month and introduce a whole new audience to Scout’s Pub,” said Lyle Richardson, chief operating officer for A. Marshall Hospitality. “Expanding a concept into a new market is an exciting challenge, but we feel our loyal customer base and focus on the hospitality experience are sure to make Scout’s Pub Midtown feel like a neighborhood staple in no time.”
Scout’s Pub is a family-friendly, community-focused bar and restaurant with a seasonally rotating menu and hand-crafted cocktails, as well as a large selection of imported and domestic beers with a focus on locally-sourced brews, including drafts from favorites like Bearded Iris, Yazoo, Diskin Cider and TailGate Brewery. The spirited cocktail menu includes classics like a smoked old fashioned and seasonal sangria, as well as unique adds like the Scout’s Swizzle and a TN Blues Martini.
The Midtown location will initially open for happy hour and dinner with brunch and lunch coming later this fall. Diners can anticipate Scout’s Pub specialties like the Whiskey Frites topped with apple bacon, whiskey glaze, parmesan and a house-made aioli; burgers made with Bear Creek Farm angus beef; select flatbread pizzas; sharables and more. Gluten-free substitutions are available for various menu items. Happy hour will be available Sunday through Thursday from 3 – 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. to close with drink specials and half-off starters.
Additionally, the new location will feature a private dining area and pickup will be available for patrons and SkyHouse residents alike. Named for the beloved Marshall family dog, Scout’s Pub Midtown will welcome four-legged friends on their outdoor patio and will focus on animal welfare nonprofits for charitable partnerships and future events. Currently, more than 25 new hires have been made and the Scout’s Pub Midtown staff looks forward to continued growth.
Scout’s Pub Midtown will be open Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Friday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. – 11 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Hours may be limited immediately following the grand opening.
