NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Henley, the newly opened modern American brasserie located in Midtown Nashville, has launched its brunch service, featuring a Southern dim sum-style menu, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Sunday.
Executive chef RJ Cooper’s approachable, yet inventive, cooking style translates into small dim sum-style plates all priced under $10.
The menu changes week to week, allowing Chef RJ to flex his culinary muscles and bring fresh, new menu items to the table.
The brunch cocktail menu focuses on head bartender Jon Howard’s take on a mix of classic sippers and Henley originals. Drinks like the refreshing Aperol Spritz and the tangy Dante’s Salty Dog appear on the classics side plus the tequila-forward Mellow Yellow and the vodka-based Long Weekend are standouts from the original Henley cocktail menu.
Each brunch service also has impromptu jam sessions by the Henley team, local singer/songwriters and guests. The food menu mimics the improvisational music that influences Chef RJ on a daily basis.
