Tansuo and Tennessee Brew Works Team Up For Duck Dinner Nov. 8

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tànsuǒ, Morph Hospitality’s contemporary Chinese restaurant, will partner with Tennessee Brew Works for its first Duck Dinner 7 p.m. Nov. 8 in Tànsuǒ’s upper mezzanine. Tickets are on sale now.

The dinner will begin with dim sum stations, offering Duck Eggs, a take on the restaurant’s Golden Eggs; Duck Potstickers and Duck Bao. Guests will be seated for entrées like Duck-infused Cucumber Salad; Peking Duck, carved tableside; Duck Chow Mein; Szechuan Vegetables in Duck Fat; and Duck Fried Rice. The meal will conclude with Duck Ice Cream Sundaes.

Each dish will incorporate and be accompanied by Tennessee Brew Works beer, such as the 1927 IPA paired with the Peking Duck and included in the Hoisin sauce.

The prix fixe dinner and beer pairings from the Nashville-based brewery is $84 per person, including tax and gratuity. A limited number of tickets are available now through Eventbrite.
