NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Morph Hospitality Group’s Contemporary Chinese Eatery Tànsuǒ debuts a lunch menu of dim sum and Asian-inspired favorites from executive chef Chris Cheung beginning 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays Aug. 14 at 121B 12th Avenue North in Nashville.
After the successful launch of its Sunday dim sum brunch in June, Tànsuǒ is rolling out lunch service. Similar to its dinner service, the lunch menu will include Asian-inspired dishes reminiscent of China’s night markets and street fare.
Guests can expect a combination of dim sum offerings, Chinese flatbreads, bao buns and lunch bowls.
Standout items include a Sichuan Vegetable Lunch Bowl, topped with an egg, pickled vegetables, scallions, cucumber, and sesame seeds served on jasmine rice, fried rice or lo mien noodles; the Crab and Shrimp Scallion Pancake; Hainan Chicken Bao Buns, served with vegetable spring rolls; and sharable dim sum options, such as an Asian Pear Salad and Vegetable Dumplings.
Located in Nashville’s North Gulch, Tànsuǒ is an Asian-inspired restaurant exploring contemporary Chinese cuisine reminiscent of China's night markets and traditional street fare using humble ingredients presented in an extraordinary way.
