NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Performing Arts Center hosts the Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce’s 3rd Empanada Tasting Event 5:30-8:30 p.m. Sept. 6 in TPAC’s Andrew Jackson Hall.
Celebrate the flavor, culture, and rich diversity of the region’s Latin American communities while supporting Latino-owned businesses and enjoying a delicious variety of empanadas from Back to Cuba Cafe, Delicias Colombianas, Food 4 U Catering, Que Delicias Catering, Salsa Restaurant, and Succulent Vegan Tacos.
Reservations are $20 and include five empanadas and a soft drink or water. Additional snacks and drinks are available from TPAC concessions. This expanded tour of Latino culture features lively music, networking, and a chance for the public to vote for which empanada should win the audience prize. Walk-up tickets on the day of the event are available for $35.
Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Nashville and is an inclusive organization that works to be the leading voice on business issues relating to the Latino community across Tennessee. Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce provides members with the leadership and support required to create opportunities for Latino-owned companies, Latino professionals, and students while opening new markets for non-Latino organizations willing to engage with growing Latino communities. Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce establishes programs that advance achievement in education, healthcare, and business development in the Latino communities in Tennessee.
