Jan. 27, 2021 – Chattanooga, Tenn. - Ruby Falls brings an adventurous twist to date nights this Valentine’s season. Romance at Ruby, an after-hours special edition cave tour, features a lantern-lit, guided walk to the celebrated waterfall and special keepsakes on select nights February 6-14.
The gentle glow of handheld lanterns lights the Ruby Falls Cavern trail hidden 1,120 feet below the summit of Lookout Mountain. Guides share tales of local legendary romances during the scenic stroll, including the love story leading to the discovery and naming of Ruby Falls. The relaxed pace with only ten couples per tour gives extra time to enjoy the waterfall and appreciate the beauty of stone formations created centuries ago.
